Summary
Here's a physical warm-up to get the blood pumping. The facilitator calls one of three things: 'house', 'residents', or 'flood'. On 'house', you group into threes, with two of you making a roof with your arms and one standing inside. On 'residents', pair up and link arms. And on 'flood', scramble to climb onto something and get off the floor. Anyone left over is out.
