Summary
Interview Switch is a short-form game with two players: an interviewer and an expert. They start an interview on a suggested topic. At any moment, someone, a player or the facilitator/audience depending on your setup, can shout "SWITCH!". On that call, the two on stage instantly trade places, the interviewer becomes the expert and the expert becomes the interviewer, and a brand-new topic of expertise drops in. It keeps you wonderfully spontaneous and nimble, flipping between roles and subjects in a heartbeat.
How to Play
- Grab a suggestion for a topic of expertise from the audience.
- Pick one player to start as the interviewer and one as the expert.
- The interviewer starts questioning the expert on the suggested topic.
- At any time, someone, another player, the facilitator, or the audience, can shout "SWITCH!".
- On "SWITCH!", the two on stage instantly trade roles, the interviewer becomes the expert and the expert becomes the interviewer.
- Grab a fresh topic of expertise for the new lineup.
- The new interviewer (your old expert) questions the new expert (your old interviewer) on the new topic.
- Keep it rolling with more switches and new topics.

Variations
