Summary
"Meanwhile" is a short-form game where two players open a scene based on a suggested location. It rolls along until an off-stage player shouts "Meanwhile". With that, the focus jumps to a new location and maybe new characters, usually played by the player who called "Meanwhile" and one other. You keep leaping between scenes in different places every time someone calls "Meanwhile", building a story that ties together separate events all unfolding at once.
