Summary
This is a solo exercise for growing your character work and keeping ideas flowing. Using a suggestion generator or AI, you grab a two-word prompt that pairs an adjective with a profession or animal (e.g., "disappointed firefighter"). Set a timer for three minutes, look into a mirror, and talk nonstop from that character's point of view. Keep the timer face down so you're not tempted to check the clock. The goal is to push past those moments when you run dry, find fresh veins of creativity, and get comfortable improvising for a stretch.
